As the Yamim Noraim approach, we're reminded that even the most divine encounters require a little paperwork. Whether you're reserving seats or simply making sure the shofar doesn't catch you by surprise, this form helps us prepare together.

Due to the complexity of the limited space available, we reserve the right to move people outside of their preferred seating option (preferred location or minyan if we reach capacity) to ensure that everyone has a designated space for the Chagim. Everyone is welcome at Shivtei. However, as seating for the High Holy Days is limited, Shivtei members receive priority.
